EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques
EFT or "tapping" is an effective, painless, drug-free method that heals body and mind.
EFT involves tapping on acupuncture points while talking about the problem. These techniques were developed by Gary Craig.
Susan Tracy McDaniel is a certified EFT practitioner. In researching methods for behavior change, she has found EFT to be most effective. She uses EFT in parent coaching, and for other issues like addiction, trauma, abuse, anger, and learning challenges.
EFT has been effective in relieving the following:

- depression
- addictions
- phobias, fears, anxiety, and panic attacks
- learning differences
- school and workplace performance
- ADHD
- back and neck pain
- headaches/migraines
- relationship difficulties

Sessions by phone or Zoom
Because EFT is unfamiliar to most, you are invited to book a 30-minute "get-acquainted" session.

If you would like to proceed with EFT, we often start with two, 60- or 90-minute phone sessions. This is enough time for you to learn to use EFT on your and gain insight from working with a practitioner. You are welcome to schedule additional sessions.
Sliding-scale fees are available. An "8th Session Free" package is also available.

Those who have experienced domestic violence may also receive two sessions at no charge.
