EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques
EFT or "tapping" is effective, painless, drug-free method that heals body and mind.
EFT involves tapping on acupuncture points while talking about the problem. These techniques were developed by Gary Craig.
Susan Tracy McDaniel is a certified EFT practitioner. In researching methods for behavior change, she has found EFT to be most effective. She uses EFT in parent coaching, and for other issues like addiction, trauma, abuse, anger, and learning challenges.
EFT has been effective in relieving the following:
- phobias, fears, anxiety, and panic attacks
- learning differences
- school and workplace performance
- back and neck pain
- relationship difficulties
- trauma and stress PTSD
- sleep issues and insomnia
- food issues
- allergies and sensitivities
- even serious illnesses
Sessions by phone or Skype
Because EFT is unfamiliar to most, you are invited to book a 30-minute "get-acquainted" session.

If you would like to proceed with EFT, we often start with two, 60- or 90-minute phone sessions. This is enough time for you to learn to use EFT on your and gain insight from working with a practitioner. You are welcome to schedule additional sessions.
Sliding-scale fees are available. An "8th Session Free" package is also available.
In thanks for their service, as of 9/11/11, we offer two, 60-minute EFT sessions at no charge to the following, active and retired:
- US soldiers and veterans
- Police officers, firefighters, EMTs
- Disaster relief workers
Those who have experienced domestic violence may also sessions at no charge.
Making an appointment
Phone and Skype appointments are available Monday through Saturday, day and evening. There is no charge for a "get-acquainted" call.
